Sierra is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, and Trager Level 1 Practitioner who has been practicing bodywork since graduating the Massage Training Institute in Kalispell in 2018. In her sessions, she prefers to use a blend of Neuromuscular and Swedish techniques, coupled with focused deeper work in trouble areas. Her goal is to relax your nervous system, and ease muscular tension and discomfort in a way that feels non invasive. 

Sierra loves spending her free time in the outdoors and her favorite activities include snowboarding, gardening, and foraging natural materials from around the valley for basket weaving.
