Spiritual life coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on helping individuals connect with their spiritual foundation and highest purpose. It's a resource that helps individuals improve their alignment with their values, beliefs, and intuition. It can be done no matter where you are in life, while in utero all the way through the end of life stage as our spirit never really dies. Through intuition we are guided on a process of raising your vibration to the best and highest timeline possible. Sometimes it involves practices or homework such as meditation or journaling, releasing energetic blockages or old belief patterns. Each session is catered in helping you be more aligned with your highest, most authentic self.
