Sarah grew up in the Flathead Valley, and has adventurously pursued an Esthetics career shortly after high school and later got licensed for Massage Therapy in 2019. 

The world of health and wellness welcomed her with open arms and she’s spent the last four years working in Whitefish, Montana seeing a wide range of clientele. 

In 2021, Sarah became Certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy- which is an assisted stretching technique. Sarah is now a Dual Licensed Practitioner and Level II FST provider.

Sarah offers a wide array of services in order to help you feel your best. Whether you’re sore from a long hike or a fun day of powder skiing she has the knowledge and skills to help restore your mobility and reduce pain. 

Sarah specializes in deep tissue, sport and therapeutic massage and provides assisted stretching as an 'add-on' to any session. 

When Sarah is not at VIBE, she can be found composting with Dirt Rich or enjoying the outdoors with her pups. 

Sarah loves downhill and cross country skiing in the wintertime and in the summer months she enjoys gardening and camping with her family.
