While navigating her own journey to health and wellness, Jessica found massage to be particularly helpful for chronic pain management. This inspired her to attend Asheville Center of Massage and Natural Health in 2015 in North Carolina. She specializes in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Pain Management, Prenatal, Postpartum, Sports injury, Ashiatsu, Cupping, Reflexology and Hot Himalayan Salt Stone.

Jessica’s passion for natural health has brought her to study many different modalities where she can explore solutions for acute to chronic pain and customize each treatment for every individuals needs.

Born and raised in beautiful Whitefish Montana she has a great love for the outdoors, if she's not working with the amazing team at Vibe Wellness you can find her hiking, swimming, working in her flower garden, sapphire mining and cross country skiing with her family.
